Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior flight experience required
  • Ability to attend and complete 6-week paid training in Orlando, FL
  • Must be available for varied schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service with a compassionate approach
  • Ensure passenger safety by following FAA-mandated procedures
  • Greet customers personally and assist with inquiries and needs
  • Manage challenging situations and perform on-the-spot service recovery
  • Collaborate closely with Inflight and Flight Deck crews to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain flexibility with varied schedules including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Participate in training programs to enhance safety and service skills
