Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior flight experience required
  • must be able to attend six-week paid training in Orlando
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • ability to pass FAA mandated safety and security checks
  • strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • greet and assist passengers with compassion and personalized service
  • ensure all safety protocols and FAA regulations are strictly followed
  • manage challenging situations and perform service recovery when needed
  • collaborate closely with inflight and flight deck crew members to guarantee safe and timely flights
  • maintain a positive attitude and flexibility to work day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • participate actively in onboard safety demonstrations and emergency procedures
  • support a welcoming and comfortable environment for all passengers
