Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must complete 6-week paid flight attendant training program
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift and carry baggage and assist passengers
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including holidays and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Demonstrated compassion and empathy towards others
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency in English
Job Duties
- Greet customers by name with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Ensure passenger safety by following all FAA-mandated procedures and safety protocols
- Provide compassionate assistance to passengers, including managing challenging situations
- Perform service recovery immediately to resolve customer issues and enhance the flying experience
- Collaborate closely with inflight and flight deck crew to maintain safe and on-time operations
- Adapt to a flexible schedule including day, night, red-eye, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities
