Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to pass FAA-mandated safety and training requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to empathize and handle customer concerns effectively
- Willingness to undergo 6-week paid training program
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Provide compassionate passenger assistance and customer service
- Ensure safety procedures and FAA regulations are followed
- Greet customers by name and offer personalized support
- Manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with inflight and flight deck crew to ensure safe and timely flights
- Perform service recovery promptly to resolve customer issues
- Participate in a mix of day, night, and multi-day shifts with flexibility
