Job Requirements
- Entry-level experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to attend and complete a 6-week paid training program in Orlando, FL
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to pass background checks and meet FAA security requirements
- Valid identification and eligibility to work in the United States
- Physical ability to perform duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Commitment to upholding JetBlue’s safety-first and customer-first culture

Job Duties
- Greet customers by name and provide attentive passenger assistance
- Ensure passenger safety by adhering to all FAA regulations and emergency procedures
- Manage and resolve challenging customer situations with compassion and professionalism
- Collaborate closely with Inflight and Flight Deck crew to maintain on-time and safe flights
- Provide on-the-spot service recovery to enhance customer satisfaction
- Participate in training programs to master JetBlue’s unique service standards
- Maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
