Job Requirements
- No prior flight experience required
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to pass FAA mandated safety and security checks
- Must be available for immediate start and flexible scheduling
- Ability to complete 6-week training in Orlando, FL
- Capability to lift and carry baggage as required
- Willingness to work irregular hours including nights and holidays

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide compassionate customer service
- Capacity to handle emergency situations calmly
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to attend a 6-week paid training program
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
Job Duties
- Ensure passenger safety throughout the flight
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a compassionate and friendly demeanor
- Greet customers by name and assist with boarding and seating
- Manage challenging situations and perform service recovery as needed
- Collaborate closely with inflight and flight deck crew to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain awareness of emergency procedures and participate in safety drills
- Adapt to varying schedules including day, night, red-eye, and multi-day trips
