Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior flight experience required
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • must be legally authorized to work in the united states
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • successful completion of 6-week training program at jetblue university in orlando fl

Job Duties

  • Stable workload with modern tooling and processes
  • You will be responsible for 'passenger assistance' with a human touch, from greeting Customers by name to managing challenging situations with 'compassion'
  • You are empowered to perform 'service recovery' on the spot, ensuring every Customer leaves our aircraft feeling cared for
  • Your schedule will be a mix of 'day shift' turns, 'night shift' red-eyes, and multi-day trips
  • Full availability for 'weekend' and holiday work is essential
  • You'll work in close 'team collaboration' with your fellow Inflight and Flight Deck crew to ensure a safe, on-time, and enjoyable flight
