Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior flight experience required
  • Ability to complete 6-week paid training at JetBlue University
  • Physically able to perform safety-related duties
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Ability to demonstrate compassion and patience
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Willingness to participate in comprehensive training

Job Duties

  • Ensure passenger safety during flights
  • Provide exceptional customer service and compassion
  • Greet customers by name and assist with needs
  • Manage challenging situations with empathy
  • Perform service recovery to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Inflight and Flight Deck crew for smooth operations
  • Maintain flexibility in scheduling including day, night, and holiday shifts
