Job Requirements

  • ability to meet height and reach requirements

  • availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physically able to perform safety-critical tasks
  • willingness to relocate to training location in orlando, fl
  • excellent customer service skills

Job Duties

  • greet passengers by name and provide exceptional customer service
  • ensure safety procedures are followed and respond to emergencies
  • assist passengers with special needs and handle challenging situations with compassion
  • collaborate with inflight and flight deck crew to ensure smooth flight operations
  • perform service recovery to resolve passenger issues onboard
  • maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout the flight
  • participate in training sessions and stay updated on safety regulations
