Job Duties
- greet passengers by name and provide exceptional customer service
- ensure safety procedures are followed and respond to emergencies
- assist passengers with special needs and handle challenging situations with compassion
- collaborate with inflight and flight deck crew to ensure smooth flight operations
- perform service recovery to resolve passenger issues onboard
- maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout the flight
- participate in training sessions and stay updated on safety regulations
