Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no previous flight attendant experience required
  • must be able to attend and successfully complete 6-week training program
  • availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must have valid authorization to work in the united states
  • excellent customer service skills
  • physical ability to meet job demands
  • positive and compassionate attitude

Job Qualifications

  • physical ability to perform job duties including lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

  • greet and assist passengers with a compassionate and professional demeanor
  • ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight
  • perform safety demonstrations and emergency procedures as required by FAA regulations
  • manage and resolve challenging situations with empathy and service recovery techniques
  • collaborate effectively with inflight and flight deck crew to ensure smooth flight operations
  • maintain a clean and welcoming cabin environment
  • participate in continuous training and adhere to JetBlue safety and service standards
