Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to pass FAA mandated background check
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Successful completion of the 6-week JetBlue University training program
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to provide compassionate customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to undergo and successfully complete FAA mandated training
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • No prior flight experience necessary

Job Duties

  • Ensure passenger safety during flights
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a compassionate approach
  • Greet customers by name and assist with any needs
  • Manage in-flight service and handle challenging situations empathetically
  • Collaborate with Inflight and Flight Deck crew to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform service recovery on the spot to resolve customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and adhere to FAA safety protocols
