Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass FAA mandated background check
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Successful completion of the 6-week JetBlue University training program
- Strong customer service orientation
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to undergo and successfully complete FAA mandated training
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Ensure passenger safety during flights
- Deliver excellent customer service with a compassionate approach
- Greet customers by name and assist with any needs
- Manage in-flight service and handle challenging situations empathetically
- Collaborate with Inflight and Flight Deck crew to ensure smooth operations
- Perform service recovery on the spot to resolve customer issues
- Participate in ongoing training and adhere to FAA safety protocols
