Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist passengers
- Must pass FAA medical certification and background check
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Must be available for 6-week training in Orlando, FL
- Willingness to perform physical tasks such as lifting and reaching
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ensure passenger safety at all times

- Perform service recovery on the spot to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with inflight and flight deck crew to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to FAA-mandated safety procedures and emergency response protocols
