Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to complete 6-week paid training program in Orlando
- full availability to work weekends and holidays
- must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- valid passport for international travel
- willingness to relocate as needed for training and assignments
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- customer service experience preferred but not required
- fluency in English
- demonstrated compassion and problem-solving abilities
- ability to pass FAA certification and background checks
Job Duties
- greet passengers by name and provide assistance throughout the flight
- uphold all safety and FAA-mandated protocols
- manage and resolve challenging customer situations with compassion
- collaborate closely with inflight and flight deck crew for on-time and safe operations
- perform service recovery to ensure passenger satisfaction
- participate fully in scheduled shifts including day, night, weekends, and holidays
- attend and complete comprehensive training at JetBlue University in Orlando
