Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • successful completion of six-week paid training program at JetBlue University
  • valid government-issued identification
  • eligibility to work in the United States
  • strong health and fitness to meet physical demands
  • ability to obtain FAA certification for flight attendants

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • customer service experience preferred but not required
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • fluency in English
  • team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Greet passengers by name and provide outstanding customer service
  • ensure passenger safety by following FAA regulations and emergency procedures
  • manage in-flight challenges with compassion and professionalism
  • perform service recovery to resolve customer issues promptly
  • collaborate with inflight and flight deck crew for smooth flight operations
  • assist passengers with seating, luggage, and special needs
  • maintain cleanliness and readiness of the cabin environment
