Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • valid work authorization for the United States
  • ability to pass FAA medical certification and background checks
  • physical ability to perform safety tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
  • willingness to relocate or commute to Oklahoma City
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to remain calm and compassionate under pressure
  • customer service experience preferred but not required
  • willingness to complete six-week paid training program
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • proficiency in English

Job Duties

  • greet customers by name and provide attentive passenger assistance
  • manage challenging situations with compassion and professionalism
  • perform onboard safety procedures and comply with FAA regulations
  • collaborate closely with inflight and flight deck crew to ensure flight safety and punctuality
  • execute service recovery initiatives to resolve passenger concerns promptly
  • attend and complete all required training and certification
  • maintain flexibility with scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and various shift times
