Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be at least 18 years old
- valid work authorization for the United States
- ability to pass FAA medical certification and background checks
- physical ability to perform safety tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- willingness to relocate or commute to Oklahoma City
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to remain calm and compassionate under pressure
- customer service experience preferred but not required
- willingness to complete six-week paid training program
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- proficiency in English
Job Duties
- greet customers by name and provide attentive passenger assistance
- manage challenging situations with compassion and professionalism
- perform onboard safety procedures and comply with FAA regulations
- collaborate closely with inflight and flight deck crew to ensure flight safety and punctuality
- execute service recovery initiatives to resolve passenger concerns promptly
- attend and complete all required training and certification
- maintain flexibility with scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and various shift times
