Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- no previous flight attendant experience required
- availability for full schedule including weekends and holidays
- ability to complete six-week paid training in Orlando, FL
- capable of standing and moving throughout flights
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Duties
- greet passengers by name
- manage challenging passenger situations with compassion
- perform service recovery to ensure passenger satisfaction
- collaborate with inflight and flight deck crew for safety and efficiency
- follow FAA-mandated safety procedures and emergency response protocols
- provide exceptional customer service throughout the flight
- maintain a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
