Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no previous flight attendant experience required
  • availability for full schedule including weekends and holidays
  • ability to complete six-week paid training in Orlando, FL
  • capable of standing and moving throughout flights
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to handle challenging situations with empathy
  • customer service experience preferred but not required
  • willingness to complete six-week paid training program
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • greet passengers by name
  • manage challenging passenger situations with compassion
  • perform service recovery to ensure passenger satisfaction
  • collaborate with inflight and flight deck crew for safety and efficiency
  • follow FAA-mandated safety procedures and emergency response protocols
  • provide exceptional customer service throughout the flight
  • maintain a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
