Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to pass FAA mandated background and security checks
  • availability to complete 6-week paid training program in Orlando, FL
  • physical ability to perform safety demonstrations and handle emergency equipment
  • willingness to travel frequently and work irregular hours
  • fluency in English
  • eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • assist passengers with boarding and deplaning
  • provide customer service with compassion and professionalism
  • ensure compliance with FAA safety regulations
  • respond effectively to in-flight emergencies
  • collaborate with flight deck crew to ensure safe flight operations
  • perform service recovery to resolve customer issues
  • participate in ongoing training and development
