Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No previous flight experience required
  • Must be able to attend 6-week paid training in Orlando, FL
  • Must be available to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must hold valid work authorization in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver compassionate and attentive customer service
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to pass FAA mandated safety training
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • Basic knowledge of airline safety protocols helpful but not required

Job Duties

  • Ensure passenger safety throughout flights
  • Provide exceptional in-flight customer service
  • Greet and assist customers with a compassionate approach
  • Manage emergency and challenging situations professionally
  • Collaborate effectively with flight deck and Inflight crew members
  • Conduct safety demonstrations and comply with FAA regulations
  • Perform service recovery to address customer concerns promptly
