Job Requirements
- No prior flight experience required
- Must be 18 years or older
- Successful completion of 6-week paid training program
- Ability to pass FAA mandated safety and emergency protocols
- Valid passport for travel
- Full availability for assigned schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry luggage and equipment as necessary

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Passion for customer service and hospitality
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to undergo and complete extensive paid training

- Greet customers by name
- Provide exceptional customer service and passenger support
- Manage challenging situations with compassion
- Perform onboard safety and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with inflight and flight deck crews
- Ensure timely and enjoyable flight operations
- Execute service recovery to enhance customer experience
