Job Requirements

  • No prior flight experience required
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Successful completion of 6-week paid training program
  • Ability to pass FAA mandated safety and emergency protocols
  • Valid passport for travel
  • Full availability for assigned schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry luggage and equipment as necessary

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Passion for customer service and hospitality
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to undergo and complete extensive paid training

  • Greet customers by name
  • Provide exceptional customer service and passenger support
