Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • completion of 6-week paid training program at JetBlue University
  • ability to pass FAA-mandated safety and medical requirements
  • valid government-issued identification
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to manage stressful situations with empathy and composure

Job Duties

  • greet customers by name and provide attentive passenger assistance
  • manage challenging situations with compassion and professionalism
  • perform service recovery on the spot to ensure customer satisfaction
  • collaborate with inflight and flight deck crew to ensure safe and on-time flights
  • adhere to all FAA-mandated safety procedures and emergency response protocols
  • maintain a positive and flexible attitude during day, night, and multi-day shifts
  • participate in ongoing training and development to uphold service standards
