Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- completion of 6-week paid training program at JetBlue University
- ability to pass FAA-mandated safety and medical requirements
- valid government-issued identification
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to manage stressful situations with empathy and composure

Job Duties
- greet customers by name and provide attentive passenger assistance
- manage challenging situations with compassion and professionalism
- perform service recovery on the spot to ensure customer satisfaction
- collaborate with inflight and flight deck crew to ensure safe and on-time flights
- adhere to all FAA-mandated safety procedures and emergency response protocols
- maintain a positive and flexible attitude during day, night, and multi-day shifts
- participate in ongoing training and development to uphold service standards
