Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to pass FAA safety and medical requirements
- full availability including weekends and holidays
- willingness to relocate to Orlando, FL for training
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- strong commitment to customer care
- physical ability to perform flight attendant duties
Job Qualifications
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- no previous flight experience required
- passion for delivering compassionate customer service
- ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
- enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration
- ability to complete 6-week paid training program at JetBlue University
Job Duties
- greet passengers by name and provide attentive, compassionate service
- ensure passenger safety by adhering to all FAA-mandated procedures
- manage challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
- collaborate closely with flight deck and inflight team members
- perform service recovery promptly to resolve customer issues
- assist passengers throughout the flight to ensure comfort and satisfaction
- maintain readiness for varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
