Job Duties
- Provide passenger assistance with a compassionate and personable approach
- Greet customers by name and manage challenging situations with patience
- Perform service recovery on the spot to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with inflight and flight deck crews for safe and timely flights
- Adhere to all FAA-mandated safety and emergency procedures
- Maintain flexibility in scheduling, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Uphold JetBlue's unique service standards and company values
