Job Requirements

  • valid certification as a flight attendant or willingness to obtain certification
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to remain calm under pressure
  • physical ability to perform flight attendant duties
  • willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Administer and coordinate emergency procedures or provide emergency care
  • respond to and provide clear and accurate directions to passengers
  • prepare, serve, and sell beverages including alcohol and meals
  • answer questions and assist passengers when necessary, particularly those with special needs
  • actively seek to ensure the safety and comfort of customers when an aircraft experiences delays or hits turbulence
