Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
- Must pass background checks and drug screenings
- Ability to lift luggage and assist passengers physically
- Flexibility to work irregular schedules including nights and weekends
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
- Excellent physical fitness to meet the demands of the role
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to complete comprehensive paid training
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of safety and emergency procedures
Job Duties
- Ensure passenger safety onboard flights
- Provide attentive and compassionate passenger assistance
- Manage in-flight challenges with professionalism
- Collaborate effectively with pilots, ground staff, and crew members
- Participate in mandatory training and adhere to FAA safety regulations
- Work flexible schedules including overnight and weekend shifts
- Be available for on-call reserve shifts during peak times
