Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Must be 23 years of age or older
- Valid driver license and good driving record
- Valid passport
- Authorized by law to work in the United States and able to travel internationally
- Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and submit to random drug and alcohol testing
- Able to pass 10-year work history review
- Willingness to work rotating schedules, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to successfully complete a four-week flight attendant training program
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting and reaching overhead
- Must live within one hour of domicile
Job Qualifications
- Must be 23 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED certificate is required
- Authorized by law to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States
- Must have a valid driver license and good driving record
- Must have valid passport
- Must understand, read, and write English
- Bilingual is preferred but not required
- Must pass a DOT required pre-employment drug screen and thereafter submit to DOT mandated random drug and alcohol testing
- Able to pass a required 10-year work history review and submit to criminal background and fingerprint checks
- Must be able to successfully complete Contour's four (4) week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program
- Ability to adjust to a rotating schedule with variable hours that could include up to a 16-hour duty day
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Possess polished and professional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset
- Possess strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must have well-developed people skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities
- Able to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Job Duties
- Perform required work duties in an aircraft environment
- Perform all work activities in accordance with established standards, policies, laws, and regulations, including Federal Aviation Administration regulations
- Actively seek to ensure the safety and comfort of customers
- Provide exemplary customer service to satisfy and exceed customer expectations
- Provide assistance lifting and stowing luggage into overhead bins or other storage areas and solicit assistance when needed
- Attend to individuals needing assistance throughout aircraft operations
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
