Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum age of 23 years
- valid driver's license with good driving record
- valid passport
- authorized to work in the United States
- able to travel internationally
- pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and ongoing random testing
- pass 10-year background check, criminal history review, fingerprinting, and reference checks
- successful completion of Contour's Flight Attendant Initial Training Program
- able to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and duty periods up to 16 hours
- live within one hour of assigned domicile
- able to lift 75 lbs. with or without accommodation
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work under pressure and in a team environment

Job Qualifications
- minimum age 23 years
- high school diploma or GED required
- valid driver's license, good driving record, and valid passport
- authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in/out of the country
- fluent in English (bilingual skills preferred but not required)
- successful completion of Contour's four-week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program
- ability to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and duty periods up to 16 hours
- must live within one (1) hour of assigned domicile
- able to lift 75 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
- strong interpersonal skills with a polished, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- proven ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Job Duties
- perform duties in the aircraft environment in compliance with all FAA regulations and company policies
- place safety and passenger comfort as the top priorities on every flight
- deliver exemplary customer service that meets and exceeds passenger expectations
- assist with lifting and stowing luggage into overhead bins or other storage areas
- provide attentive assistance to passengers requiring additional support including unaccompanied minors, elderly travelers, and individuals with disabilities
- prepare and serve meals, snacks, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
