Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
Willingness to work flexible schedules
Strong customer service orientation
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or aviation preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think quickly and independently in challenging situations
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in emergency situations
Fluency in English

Job Duties
