Job Requirements

  • Minimum height of 160 cm
  • Arm reach of 212 cm while standing on tiptoes
  • No visible tattoos while in uniform
  • Positive attitude and ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Able to adapt to new people, places, and situations
  • Must meet UAE employment visa requirements
  • Must be willing to relocate to Dubai

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate (Grade 12)
  • Minimum one year of hospitality or customer service experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to speak additional languages is an advantage
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural team
  • Must meet physical requirements for the role

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers
  • Ensure safety and security protocols are followed
  • Assist passengers during boarding and disembarkation
  • Manage in-flight service including meals and refreshments
  • Handle passenger inquiries and resolve issues
  • Conduct safety demonstrations and emergency procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a seamless cabin experience
