Job Requirements
- Minimum height of 160 cm
- Arm reach of 212 cm while standing on tiptoes
- No visible tattoos while in uniform
- Positive attitude and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Able to adapt to new people, places, and situations
- Must meet UAE employment visa requirements
- Must be willing to relocate to Dubai
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate (Grade 12)
- Minimum one year of hospitality or customer service experience
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to speak additional languages is an advantage
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural team
- Must meet physical requirements for the role
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers
- Ensure safety and security protocols are followed
- Assist passengers during boarding and disembarkation
- Manage in-flight service including meals and refreshments
- Handle passenger inquiries and resolve issues
- Conduct safety demonstrations and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a seamless cabin experience
