Job Requirements

  • Minimum of twenty-one years of age
  • High school education or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule including days nights weekends and holidays
  • Must be eligible to obtain airport authority and U.S. Customs security credentials
  • Must pass Transportation Security Administration (TSA) background screenings and obtain required clearances
  • Must possess valid passport
  • Must have valid State-issued driver’s license
  • Fluent in English
  • Must maintain Flight Attendant certification and FAA compliance
  • Must complete NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program
  • Ability to exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally and 30 pounds frequently
  • Comfortable working with animals and providing care
  • Must be available for travel away from home for seven or more consecutive days with accommodations provided

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in hospitality customer service business or culinary arts
  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to engage professionally and clearly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days nights weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrated adaptability and ability to perform in dynamic fast-changing environments
  • Eligibility to obtain necessary airport authority and U.S. Customs security credentials
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restriction
  • Valid State-issued driver’s license
  • Fluent in reading writing and speaking English
  • Exceptional service-oriented appearance and demeanor
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to exert varying physical force to move objects
  • Comfort working around animals and providing care when required
  • Maintenance of Flight Attendant certification and FAA compliance post-hire

Job Duties

  • Responsible for safety and security of all Owners and passengers within the aircraft cabin ensuring strict adherence to the Flight Attendant Manual (FAM), Service Procedures Checklist, Standard Operating Procedures, and all policies
  • Conduct thorough interior preflight inspections
  • Welcome Owners and guests with professionalism and provide personalized briefings on safety comfort and entertainment systems
  • Source high-quality catering from external providers aligned with luxury standards and Owner preferences
  • Deliver elevated inflight service including premium beverage and food presentation turndown service and execution of bespoke Owner profiles
  • Ensure all cabin baggage is safely stowed according to regulatory and company policies
  • Conduct flights for Owners traveling with pets or permitting smoking onboard maintaining discretion and service excellence
  • Operate within a collaborative crew environment ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols collaborating with Owner Services NetJets Service Representatives and internal teams
  • Act as liaison for Owners/passengers from arrival at Fixed Base Operator (FBO) through safe arrival at destination ensuring seamless and luxurious experience
  • Communicate cabin-related maintenance concerns or irregularities promptly to Pilot in Command
  • Complete administrative duties including inventory documentation service passdowns and crew reports accurately
  • Maintain aircraft cabin clean and organized adhering to company standards
  • Leverage innovative thinking to address complex issues and make prompt decisions in dynamic environments
  • Perform other assigned responsibilities dependent on trip or operational requirements
