Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Availability to work flexible schedule including days nights weekends and holidays
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Valid passport with ability to travel internationally without restriction
- Must be eligible and able to obtain all necessary airport authority and U.S. Customs security credentials
- Must pass TSA background screenings and obtain required airport and customs clearances
- Body size must fit aircraft-specific dimensions without modification
- Ability to exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally and 30 pounds frequently
- Must successfully complete NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program
- Ability to manage personal rest effectively during active duty
- Willingness to travel away from home for seven or more consecutive days with provided accommodations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of flight attendant or related experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in hospitality customer service business or culinary arts
- Outstanding communication skills with professionalism and poise
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be fluent in English reading writing and speaking
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments and collaborate cross-functionally
- Exceptional adaptability and ability to perform in fast-changing environments
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities with acute attention to detail
- Ability to maintain required Flight Attendant certification and FAA compliance
Job Duties
- Responsible for the safety and security of all Owners and passengers within the aircraft cabin ensuring strict adherence to the Flight Attendant Manual and company policies
- Conduct thorough interior preflight inspections and welcome Owners and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Source high-quality catering from external providers aligning with Owner preferences
- Deliver elevated inflight service including premium beverage and food presentation turndown service and execution of bespoke Owner profiles
- Ensure all cabin baggage is correctly and safely stowed as per regulatory and company standards
- Conduct flights for Owners traveling with pets or permitting smoking while maintaining discretion and service excellence
- Operate effectively within a collaborative team environment ensuring consistent compliance with safety and operational protocols
- Act as a trusted liaison for Owners from arrival at the Fixed Base Operator through safe arrival at destination ensuring a seamless experience
- Proactively communicate cabin-related maintenance concerns to Pilot in Command
- Complete all administrative duties including inventory documentation service passdowns and required crew reports
- Ensure aircraft cabin is consistently maintained clean and organized adhering to company standards
- Leverage innovative thinking to address complex issues and make prompt decisions in dynamic environments
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned depending on trip or operational requirements
