Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid passport for international travel
- Ability to pass medical and background checks
- Flexibility for variable schedules
- Willingness to complete 7.5-week training program in Dubai
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work under pressure
Job Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Being a team player with strong problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to relocate for training in Dubai
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers
- Ensure passenger safety throughout the flight
- Perform safety demonstrations and emergency procedures
- Assist passengers with special needs and requests
- Collaborate with team members to provide a comfortable flight experience
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations
