Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass FAA-mandated safety and emergency training
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to pass background and security checks
  • Good physical health and ability to meet physical requirements including standing for long periods
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to work variable schedules including international layovers

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional safety and customer service to passengers onboard
  • Conduct emergency safety procedures and ensure compliance with FAA regulations
  • Assist passengers with seating, luggage, and any special needs
  • Respond effectively to medical emergencies and unexpected situations
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor throughout flights
  • Collaborate with the inflight team to deliver seamless service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs
