- ability to communicate effectively

Job Duties

- provide excellent customer service and hospitality to passengers
- perform safety demonstrations and enforce airline safety regulations
- respond to in-flight emergencies including medical situations
- assist passengers with seating, luggage, and special needs
- collaborate with the flight crew to maintain smooth operations
- uphold United Airlines' brand and service standards
