- valid passport with ability to travel internationally
- ability to pass FAA-mandated background check

- successful completion of 6-week training program

- provide meal and beverage services
- anticipate customer needs
- resolve flight delays and passenger conflicts
- accommodate special passenger requests
- collaborate with pilots, gate agents, and cabin crew to ensure on-time departures
