Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual fluency in English and a target language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide culturally sensitive customer service
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Previous experience in customer service or aviation is beneficial but not required
Job Duties
- Make in-flight public address announcements in your designated language
- Provide culturally attuned customer service to international passengers
- Assist passengers with completing customs and immigration documents
- Provide translation support during in-flight medical or security emergencies
- Execute all standard pre-flight and in-flight duties including cabin safety and premium meal service
- Maintain a secure and comfortable cabin environment
- Support team communication and collaboration during flights
