Job Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older at time of application
  • High school graduate or GED
  • At least one year of customer service experience in service industry
  • Ability to speak clearly and loudly enough in emergencies
  • Fluent in English and Greek
  • Ability to hear all sound types and ranges
  • Effectively communicate in high-stress situations
  • Maintain professional appearance and conform to tattoo and piercing guidelines
  • Proficient in operating electronic devices
  • Possess a valid passport with at least 18 months validity
  • Ability to travel globally without restrictions
  • Physically capable of standing, walking, kneeling, bending, stretching, lifting heavy objects, pushing and pulling beverage carts
  • Pass functional reach assessment
  • Sit in assigned jump seat with seatbelt and shoulder harness
  • Serve and sell food and beverages professionally
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Willing to work flexible schedules supporting a 24/7 operation
  • Successfully complete water evacuation drill during training
  • Pass DOT drug screen, background checks, fingerprinting, and vision/hearing tests
  • Meet FAA hearing and vision requirements
  • Pass 10-year criminal background check
  • Comply with uniform, hair, tattoo, and piercing policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or GED
  • Two or more years of college preferred
  • At least one year of customer service experience in service industry such as retail, hospitality, food, teaching, education, aviation, or social service
  • Ability to speak in a clear, concise, and organized manner
  • Fluency in English, with additional fluency in Greek required
  • Professional appearance with adherence to grooming and uniform standards
  • Proficiency in operating electronic devices for task completion
