Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or older at time of application
- High school graduate or GED
- At least one year of customer service experience in service industry
- Ability to speak clearly and loudly enough in emergencies
- Fluent in English and Greek
- Ability to hear all sound types and ranges
- Effectively communicate in high-stress situations
- Maintain professional appearance and conform to tattoo and piercing guidelines
- Proficient in operating electronic devices
- Possess a valid passport with at least 18 months validity
- Ability to travel globally without restrictions
- Physically capable of standing, walking, kneeling, bending, stretching, lifting heavy objects, pushing and pulling beverage carts
- Pass functional reach assessment
- Sit in assigned jump seat with seatbelt and shoulder harness
- Serve and sell food and beverages professionally
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Willing to work flexible schedules supporting a 24/7 operation
- Successfully complete water evacuation drill during training
- Pass DOT drug screen, background checks, fingerprinting, and vision/hearing tests
- Meet FAA hearing and vision requirements
- Pass 10-year criminal background check
- Comply with uniform, hair, tattoo, and piercing policies
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- Two or more years of college preferred
- At least one year of customer service experience in service industry such as retail, hospitality, food, teaching, education, aviation, or social service
- Ability to speak in a clear, concise, and organized manner
- Fluency in English, with additional fluency in Greek required
- Professional appearance with adherence to grooming and uniform standards
- Proficiency in operating electronic devices for task completion
