- ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
- physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting luggage, opening emergency exits, and pushing/pulling heavy carts
- willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended periods away from home

Job Duties
- perform required work duties in an aircraft environment
- perform all work activities in accordance with established standards, policies, laws, and regulations, including Federal Aviation Administration regulations
- use all galley/cabin service equipment and in-flight entertainment system unsupervised
- work both independently and as part of a team to accomplish work tasks
- actively ensure the safety and comfort of customers
- provide exemplary customer service to satisfy and exceed customer expectations
- assist lifting and stowing luggage into overhead bins or other storage areas and solicit assistance when needed
