Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior flight attendant experience required
  • must have a strong background in customer service
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and on-call periods
  • ability to travel as required for shifts
  • based in Edmond, OK or surrounding area
  • capable of working independently
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • greet passengers at the airport terminal with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • perform all aspects of passenger check-in including verifying reservations, issuing boarding passes, and tagging baggage
  • answer phones, respond to customer inquiries about flight schedules and fares, and make new reservations
  • handle baggage by weighing and ensuring it complies with aircraft limitations
  • communicate with pilots and ground crew to ensure on-time departures
  • make boarding announcements and escort passengers to the aircraft
  • ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers in the cabin
  • provide a personalized safety briefing to passengers before takeoff
  • secure the cabin including all baggage and carry-on items
  • monitor passengers during the flight for comfort and safety compliance
  • offer complimentary in-flight snacks and beverages
  • assist passengers with deplaning upon arrival
