Job Requirements
- Must reside within two-hour driving distance of tri-state airports including Teterboro Airport and White Plains
- willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended periods away from home
- ability to adjust to rotating schedules with variable hours up to 16-hour duty days
- ability to lift and stow luggage and operate heavy cabin doors
- ability to respond effectively in emergencies
- compliance with all FAA regulations and company policies
- strong customer service orientation
- physical capability for tasks including walking, bending, reaching overhead and to ankle level
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to remain calm under pressure
- experience in customer service preferred
- knowledge of FAA regulations beneficial
- ability to follow safety protocols
- physical ability to perform tasks including lifting and reaching

- CPR and first aid certification preferred
Job Duties
- Perform required work duties in an aircraft environment
- perform all work activities in accordance with established standards, policies, laws, and regulations, including Federal Aviation Administration regulations
- use all galley/cabin service equipment and in-flight entertainment system unsupervised
- work both independently and as part of a team to accomplish work tasks
- actively seek to ensure the safety and comfort of customers
- provide exemplary customer service to satisfy and exceed customer expectations
- provide assistance lifting and stowing luggage into overhead bins or other storage areas
- attend to individuals needing assistance such as unaccompanied minors or individuals with disabilities
- prepare and serve meals, snacks, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- maintain professional appearance
- project and maintain a positive attitude and composure at all times
- be dependable and committed to completing work assignments
- manage time to complete required work assignments and ensure punctuality
- communicate in writing to complete paperwork and reports regarding incidents or discrepancies
- adjust to a rotating schedule with variable days off and hours including up to a 16-hour duty day
- work nights, weekends, holidays, and be available for extended periods away from home
- sit in an assigned jump seat with safety restraints fastened
- retrieve and store items in overhead bins
- maintain aircraft cabin, galley, and lavatory appearance
- restock the galley
- practice safety conscious behaviors
- comply with tasks assigned by management or Pilot-in-Command
- respond during emergencies by implementing instructions from the flight deck
- guide passengers during emergencies to protect them
- provide emergency medical assistance including CPR and basic first aid
- ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and safety measures
- make onboard announcements and complete safety demonstrations
- operate heavy aircraft doors and beverage/food carts
- restock the galley including ordering and checking catering items
- notify leadership when inventory is low
