Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum age 23 years
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good driving record
  • Valid passport
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to travel in and out of the country
  • Pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and ongoing random testing
  • Pass 10-year background check, criminal history review, fingerprinting, and reference checks
  • Successful completion of four-week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program
  • Ability to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and duty periods up to 16 hours
  • Must live within one hour of assigned domicile
  • Able to lift 75 lbs. with or without accommodation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age 23 years
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and valid passport
  • Authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in/out of the country
  • Fluent in English (bilingual skills preferred but not required)
  • Successful completion of Contour's four-week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program
  • Ability to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and duty periods up to 16 hours
  • Must live within one (1) hour of assigned domicile
  • Able to lift 75 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, professional, and customer-focused attitude
  • Proven ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle interruptions and adapt to changing situations
  • Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills delivered with tact and professionalism

Job Duties

  • Perform duties in the aircraft environment in compliance with all FAA regulations and company policies
  • Place safety and passenger comfort as the top priorities on every flight
  • Deliver exemplary customer service that meets and exceeds passenger expectations
  • Assist with lifting and stowing luggage into overhead bins or other storage areas
  • Provide attentive assistance to passengers requiring additional support, including unaccompanied minors, elderly travelers, and individuals with disabilities
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
