Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum age 23 years
- valid driver's license
- good driving record
- valid passport
- authorized to work in the United States
- able to travel in and out of the country
- pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and ongoing random testing
- pass 10-year background check, criminal history review, fingerprinting, and reference checks
- successful completion of Contour's Flight Attendant Initial Training Program
- ability to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and duty periods up to 16 hours
- able to live within one hour of assigned domicile
- able to lift 75 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age 23 years
- high school diploma or GED required
- valid driver's license, good driving record, and valid passport
- authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in/out of the country
- fluent in English, bilingual skills preferred but not required
- successful completion of Contour's four-week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program

Job Duties
- Perform duties in the aircraft environment in compliance with all FAA regulations and company policies
- place safety and passenger comfort as the top priorities on every flight
- deliver exemplary customer service that meets and exceeds passenger expectations
- assist with lifting and stowing luggage into overhead bins or other storage areas
- provide attentive assistance to passengers requiring additional support including unaccompanied minors, elderly travelers, and individuals with disabilities
- prepare and serve meals, snacks, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- respond effectively in emergency situations by implementing flight deck instructions and safety procedures, guiding passengers during evacuations, providing emergency medical assistance including CPR and first aid
- ensure all passengers and the aircraft remain in compliance with safety, security, and operational standards
- conduct safety demonstrations, public announcements, and passenger instructions clearly and professionally
- complete required reports, paperwork, and documentation related to incidents, safety, or service
- retrieve and store items in overhead bins
- operate and secure aircraft doors
- push and pull food and beverage carts
- perform tasks requiring frequent walking, bending, reaching above shoulder height, and lifting up to 75 lbs
- operate all galley/cabin service equipment and in-flight entertainment systems independently
- maintain the cleanliness and orderly appearance of the cabin, galley, and lavatories
- follow all safety-conscious behaviors in daily operations
- perform additional duties as assigned by leadership or the Pilot-in-Command
