Job Duties

  • Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew
  • Demonstrate safety protocols and procedures during flights
  • Respond promptly and effectively to medical and emergency situations
  • Maintain knowledge of airline policies and federal regulations
  • Assist passengers with boarding, deplaning, and seating arrangements
  • Act as a brand ambassador representing United Airlines professionalism and values
