Job Duties
- Provide exceptional in-flight customer service to passengers
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew
- Demonstrate safety protocols and procedures during flights
- Respond promptly and effectively to medical and emergency situations
- Maintain knowledge of airline policies and federal regulations
- Assist passengers with boarding, deplaning, and seating arrangements
- Act as a brand ambassador representing United Airlines professionalism and values
