Job Requirements
- At least high school diploma or GED
- fluent English proficiency
- successful completion of training program
- correctable vision to 20/20
- two years customer service experience or equivalent
- willingness to relocate to Houston or Miami
- ability to operate emergency equipment
- able to lift 50 pounds and push 250 pounds
- able to reach 70 inches overhead
- able to stand for long periods
- willing to be away from home up to 21 days
- work weekends and holidays
- valid passport
- ability to obtain visas and immunizations
- authorized to work in the US
- pass background check and drug test
- at least 21 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- fluent in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English
- complete in-flight training program including initial and annual continuing education
- corrected vision to 20/20
- two years of customer service experience or equivalent
- able to operate on-board emergency equipment
- able to lift 50 pounds and push 250-pound carts
- able to reach 70 inches overhead without shoes
- able to stand for extended periods
- valid passport
- authorized to work in the United States
- 21 years or older
Job Duties
- Show up on time ready to work
- maintain technical competence and comply with rules and regulations
- assist guests during boarding and conduct safety briefings
- provide in-flight service and hospitality
- ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the flight
- operate emergency equipment and exits
- maintain a positive and approachable attitude
