Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- high school diploma or equivalent
- height between 5'0 and 6'0 without shoes
- able to fit into jump seat harness and seat belt without modification
- valid passport with unrestricted travel rights to all Envoy service countries
- no criminal history for Canada entry within last five years
- effective communication skills
- willingness to work various shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and trips up to four consecutive overnights
- physical ability to push, pull, twist, turn, and lift
- maintain professional appearance and uniform compliance
- legal right to work in the United States
- valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or passport
- proficiency in English
- access to high-speed internet and compatible computer or device
- willingness to relocate immediately after training
- comply with FAA criminal background checks
- meet airport security badge requirements
- no visible tattoos or body art while in uniform
- limited body piercings to single ear only
- no extreme hair or nail styles
- must attend unpaid portions of training in Dallas/Fort Worth
- able to secure appropriate airport authority badges
- availability for mandatory travel
- fulfill Department of Transportation drug and alcohol violation history checks
Job Qualifications

- possess a valid passport with legal unrestricted travel rights to all countries served by Envoy
- meet requirements to enter and exit Canada with no criminal history in the last five years
- demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- willing and able to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended trips
- ability to push, pull, twist, turn, and lift equipment, carts, and doors of various weights
- maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance and comply with uniform standards
- possess legal right to work in the United States
- hold a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver's license or passport
- ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand English
- access to reliable high-speed internet and a device capable of downloading Microsoft Office Suite
- minimum one year hospitality experience in hotel, restaurant, or retail industries
- previous experience in face-to-face public contact positions
- college degree
Job Duties
- Greet, direct, and assist passengers
- provide public announcements
- ensure passenger compliance with all safety requirements and federal regulations
- ensure the safety and comfort of passengers
- demonstrate leadership, confidence, and professionalism in handling various situations including passenger inquiries, operational changes, and emergencies
- provide clear and calm instructions during emergencies and be prepared to rapidly evacuate passengers
- assist passengers with special needs including unaccompanied minors
- effectively diffuse challenging situations involving disorderly, intoxicated, and irate passengers
- care for and assist ill, injured, and incapacitated passengers and may administer first aid as per regulations
- carry out duties in confined spaces of aircraft aisles and galleys
- adapt to frequent changes in work environment such as flight schedules and weather
- complete all responsibilities timely contributing to on-time departures and arrivals
