Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • high school diploma or equivalency required
  • possession of a current, valid U.S. or foreign passport valid for at least 12 months following application date along with required visas
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • comfortable using basic electronic device functions
  • willing to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays up to 16 hours
  • able to travel frequently and spend long periods alone
  • must be reliable and punctual
  • willingness to relocate to assigned crew domicile after training
  • height between 5'0" and 6'0" without shoes
  • physical fitness to perform job-related tasks
  • corrected vision not exceeding 20/40
  • normal or corrected hearing range within 15-17kHz
  • adherence to professional appearance standards including uniform and grooming
  • acceptance of company-issued uniform and face mask/covering

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • excellent English communication skills to provide safety information and write clear, factual reports
  • comfortable utilizing basic functions of electronic devices
  • ability to work varied shifts up to 16 hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to travel frequently and spend lengthy periods of time alone without supervision
  • must be reliable and punctual
  • willingness to relocate to one of the assigned crew domiciles after training
  • physical ability to perform tasks such as frequent walking, bending, reaching, opening emergency exits, pushing beverage carts, and lifting items
  • corrected vision not exceeding 20/40
  • normal or corrected hearing within 15-17kHz
  • professional appearance adherent to uniform and grooming standards

Job Duties

  • Ensuring the safety and comfort of customers onboard the aircraft
  • contributing to a positive and productive work environment with colleagues and customers
  • efficiently preparing, serving, and restocking in-flight beverages, meals, and snacks
  • selling onboard liquor and food items
  • greeting passengers, assisting with carry-on baggage stowage, and delivering onboard announcements
  • providing effective leadership, direction, and assistance in emergency and non-emergency situations
  • calmly resolving passenger situations during flight, including handling disorderly passengers and medical emergencies
  • ensuring compliance with safety regulations by inspecting and safely operating aircraft cabin components, systems, and emergency equipment
  • adhering to established procedures and performance standards without supervision
