  • conduct pre-flight emergency equipment checks
  • enforce FAA regulations
  • respond to in-flight medical emergencies
  • administer first aid and CPR
  • utilize Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs)
  • deliver exceptional customer service
  • anticipate customer needs
  • provide personalized care
  • resolve problems during flight delays
  • manage interpersonal conflicts with empathy and professionalism
