Job Duties
- Lead cabin safety procedures
- conduct pre-flight emergency equipment checks
- enforce FAA regulations
- respond to in-flight medical emergencies
- administer first aid and CPR
- utilize Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs)
- deliver exceptional customer service
- anticipate customer needs
- provide personalized care
- resolve problems during flight delays
- manage interpersonal conflicts with empathy and professionalism
