Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum two years customer service experience
  • Must be 20 years of age by first interview
  • Willingness to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to serve meals containing shellfish, seafood, beef, and pork
  • Willingness to work with animals and allergens
  • Wingspan of approximately 55 inches or greater
  • Ability to sit in jump seat with seatbelt and shoulder harness without modification
  • No visible tattoos on face, neck, hands
  • No multiple visible piercings while in uniform
  • Able to lift and operate emergency equipment using force up to 70 pounds
  • Able to push and pull carts exceeding 250 pounds
  • Able to assist with baggage up to 35 pounds
  • Must have clear vision and hearing with corrective aids if needed
  • Able to work extended duty periods and varied schedules including nights, weekends, holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least two years of customer service experience
  • Must be 20 years of age by the date of the first interview
  • Additional years of customer service experience preferably in aviation
  • Previous flight attendant experience
  • Polished interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and government regulations
  • Able to present information to management, crew, and passengers
  • Proficient in English verbal communication including emergency commands
  • Capable of interpreting multiple instructions in various forms
  • Able to remain calm and react quickly in emergency situations
  • Makes structured day-to-day decisions
  • Controls emotional responses under stress

Job Duties

  • Performs all regulatory and assigned cabin duties with attention to guests
  • Maintains thorough knowledge of emergency procedures and uses emergency equipment
  • Provides food and beverages to passengers including moving heavy carts
  • Assists passengers in stowing carry-on baggage
  • Maintains a neat and orderly cabin environment
  • Works with crewmembers to meet report and departure times
  • Performs inflight sales and promotional duties
  • Assists other customer service staff with passenger handling
  • Maintains reliable and prompt attendance
  • Presents a professional image adhering to uniform dress code
  • Complies with associate rules of conduct
  • Maintains currency of inflight guides and manuals
  • Fosters company core values and culture
  • Performs additional duties as assigned or required
