Job Duties
- Lead cabin safety procedures
- conduct pre-flight emergency equipment checks
- enforce FAA regulations
- respond to in-flight medical emergencies including administering first aid and CPR
- utilize Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs)
- deliver exceptional customer service and personalized care
- manage conflict resolution during flight delays and interpersonal issues
