Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months or more of customer service or guest-facing experience
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Valid passport book with at least 14 months remaining validity and ability to travel internationally
- Minimum age of 20 years old
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance without visible hand, neck, or face tattoos
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and stow 35-50 lb bags, and push or pull 100 lb galley carts
- Capability to reach overhead up to 67 inches and operate aircraft doors, window exits, and emergency equipment
- Ability to listen, hear, and respond to chimes, announcements, call buttons, and crew instructions
- Physical ability to bend, balance, and perform repetitive motions
- Capability to secure self safely in jumpseat with standard belts and harnesses
- Willingness to adhere to FAA and Frontier safety procedures and participate in training

- Fluency in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance with no visible hand, neck, or face tattoos
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid passport with at least 14 months of remaining validity
- Minimum age of 20 years old to begin the interview process
Job Duties
- Keep flyers safe and confident at 30,000 feet by performing FAA safety procedures, conduct preflight equipment checks, operate aircraft doors and exits, and ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service through friendly communication, problem-solving, and warm hospitality
- Oversee galley setup, beverage and snack service, onboard sales, public announcements, and maintain an organized, service-ready cabin
- Administer CPR and first aid, support emergency and security protocols, assist evacuations, and provide calm leadership in emergencies
- Conduct safety demonstrations and assist passengers during boarding and deplaning
- Ensure cabin safety and security throughout the flight
- Participate in initial operating experience training and maintain readiness to work on Reserve and assigned schedules
