Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Six months or more of customer service or guest-facing experience
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Valid passport book with at least 14 months remaining validity and ability to travel internationally
  • Minimum age of 20 years old
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance without visible hand, neck, or face tattoos
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and stow 35-50 lb bags, and push or pull 100 lb galley carts
  • Capability to reach overhead up to 67 inches and operate aircraft doors, window exits, and emergency equipment
  • Ability to listen, hear, and respond to chimes, announcements, call buttons, and crew instructions
  • Physical ability to bend, balance, and perform repetitive motions
  • Capability to secure self safely in jumpseat with standard belts and harnesses
  • Willingness to adhere to FAA and Frontier safety procedures and participate in training

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Six months or more of customer service or guest-facing experience in hospitality, retail, food service, call centers, or similar fields
  • Fluency in English reading, writing, and speaking
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance with no visible hand, neck, or face tattoos
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid passport with at least 14 months of remaining validity
  • Minimum age of 20 years old to begin the interview process

Job Duties

  • Keep flyers safe and confident at 30,000 feet by performing FAA safety procedures, conduct preflight equipment checks, operate aircraft doors and exits, and ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through friendly communication, problem-solving, and warm hospitality
  • Oversee galley setup, beverage and snack service, onboard sales, public announcements, and maintain an organized, service-ready cabin
  • Administer CPR and first aid, support emergency and security protocols, assist evacuations, and provide calm leadership in emergencies
  • Conduct safety demonstrations and assist passengers during boarding and deplaning
  • Ensure cabin safety and security throughout the flight
  • Participate in initial operating experience training and maintain readiness to work on Reserve and assigned schedules
