Job Requirements
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to report and be ready to work at assigned base within 2 hours (2.5 hours for NYC bases)
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Possess and maintain a valid passport and travel documents
- Meet FAA standards and regulations
- Ability to maintain professional appearance guidelines
- No tattoos on hands or fingers
- Ability to cover non-hand/finger tattoos
- Limited visible piercings per company policy
- Candidate height must not exceed 5'11" measured without shoes
- Ability to reach a minimum of 6'3" to access overhead bins
- Capability to sit in a jumpseat with seatbelt fastened without extension
- Physical ability to open aircraft doors weighing up to 45 pounds and move beverage carts
- Hearing ability in noisy environments
- Ability to work in confined and cramped spaces
- Ability and willingness to manage exposure to allergens and substances such as nuts, perfumes, cleaning solvents, fumes, animals, and pet dander.

- Minimum age of 21 years

- Meet all FAA and company regulatory requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Ability to maintain personal decorum and professional conduct
- Compliance with Professional Appearance Guidelines
- No tattoos on hands or fingers
- Ability to cover non-hand/finger tattoos with makeup or clothing
- Limited earrings and a single nose piercing allowed
- Familiarity with mobile handheld devices
- Ability to complete four weeks of initial training including virtual and in-person sessions
- Successful completion of Initial Operating Experience on the job evaluation.
Job Duties
- Ensure the safety and comfort of customers by providing every customer with the very best service on our aircraft
- Project and maintain a positive attitude and composure
- Perform all work activities in accordance with established standards, policies, laws, and regulations, including Federal Aviation Administration regulations
- Respond effectively during emergency situations
- Provide emergency medical assistance, including CPR and basic first aid
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while processing payments for purchases
- Provide customer service assistance such as lifting, transporting, and stowing luggage
- Answer customers' questions and assist unaccompanied minors, the elderly, and individuals with special needs
- Make public address announcements, perform safety demonstrations, and give timely informational updates
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and safety guidance
- Work independently and as part of a team to accomplish work tasks
- Manage time effectively to complete assignments and ensure punctuality
- Maintain professional appearance and compliance with uniform guidelines
- Use mobile handheld devices and computers for communication and work tasks
- Communicate in writing to complete paperwork and detailed incident reports
- Adapt work activities to changing conditions such as scheduling changes
- Work in confined spaces with exposure to allergens and various substances
- Travel in an aircraft under pressurized cabin conditions
- Open emergency exits and push or pull beverage carts as required
- Sit or stand for long periods while working in awkward or cramped positions.
